Sheldon Real Estate

Sheldon Real Estate is a small independently owned company established in 1993. Located at 59 West Silver Street in one of the oldest buildings in Westfield, built in 1735, pre-dating even the American Revolution. Our company covers all areas of residential real estate, including single-family homes, multi-family homes, new construction, land, investment properties and light commercial properties.

ROBIN SHELDON--Robin has been licensed for 30 years, obtaining his realtor license in 1986 and broker’s license in 1989. He started his career with Richard S. Thomas Real Estate, which was the largest realty company in Western MA and northern Connecticut at that time. He managed their Westfield branch office and West Springfield main office before taking a position managing Realty World in Feeding Hills from 1991-1992. In 1993, he opened the doors to Sheldon Real Estate and has been managing the company ever since.

HENRY DUBAY--Henry graduated from Chester High School, served 4 years in the US Marine Corp and worked extensively in the communications field for Associated Press in various positions throughout the country. Henry’s real estate experience includes buying and selling real estate in locations from Boston to San Francisco before settling back in Western MA. He has served on the Huntington Sewer commission, Water commission, Finance committee and Highway Dept. amongst others. He also continues to own and manage numerous properties in the Westfield area. In his spare time, Henry enjoys sports, rehabbing old houses and spending time with his grandchildren.

KEVIN McCORMACK--Kevin is an Agawam High School graduate and served 6 years in the Army National Guard. He obtained his MA Realtors Salesperson License in 1989 and worked extensively with FHA and foreclosure sales for the next 10 years. One of his most satisfying duties is finding homes for 1st-time homebuyers and making their dream come true! Kevin has been a Westfield resident for 30 years and some of his hobbies include golf and billiards.

WILLIAM WERTH--After working 31 successful years in the insurance industry, William entered the 2nd phase of his career in 1998 in the real estate world. After cutting his teeth at Raveis and ReMax in Connecticut, William moved to Massachusetts and joined Sheldon Real Estate in 2001. He enjoys working with new construction and all aspects of the construction process as well as existing homes. William currently resides in Agawam and enjoys traveling the U.S. and country line-dancing.
